This story has it all. Ryan Hinton (18) stole a car with his friends. This led to a police pursuit. The cops cornered the car and Ryan decided to pull a gun out and aim it at officers. Officers shot Ryan. They arrested his friends.
Ryan’s dad Rodney was invited by police to view the footage. Which a grand jury used to call the shooting justified. After viewing the footage Rodney left, got into his car, and intentionally ran over the first police officer he saw, killing the officer.
A judge has declared him insane and has dropped the murder charges.
