Top belief about the world separating left from right?
โ Belief that all people are all of equal value.
Believe that all people are of basically equal value?
Communist.
Indeed various forms of this have been made official mandatory central beliefs of communist movements through out time, manifesting in all kinds of bizzare ways.
E.g. at one super-commie big tech company I was briefly at in 2017, the commies instituted an official company belief roughly of
โWe donโt believe 10x engineers exist, anywhere. All engineers innately have equal value.โ
Extremely fundamental, extremely useful tool for all the rest of their communist ends.
Core justification for all kinds of death and destruction they later carry out, if you let them.
Huge portion of it all goes back to this one, innocent-looking but insane and deadly belief.

But what about the constitution saying that all people are of equal value?
Well, no. Doesnโt say that.
Right there, it has what linguistics call an in-context definition right after the word, explicitly defining the particular sense in which they use the word.
Clearly it is saying equally having particular rights. Nothing about value at all.
Value might be used as one type of argument for why all should such rights, but having rights is simply not a valuation, all having the same rights does not mean all have the same value.
Tbh, โequalโ probably was a wise choice of wording, to confuse commies into getting onboard, giving the phrase universal appeal โ despite not meaning โequal valueโ at all.
created equal != equal value
Never has been.
Not at all.
