NEW: Man in critical condition after he got shot while confronting an off-duty officer during a road rage incident in Orange County, New York.
According to authorities, the man, Wallace F. Fisher got out of his car and pulled out a knife.
That is when off-duty Kingston Police Officer Anthony Simon pulled out his gun and shot Fisher.
Fisher was then taken to the hospital where he is reportedly listed in critical but stable condition.

Photos, movies, music, PDA data,
… everything synced to your Mac.
That data could then be easily backed up onto multiple mediums, including CD-RW drives, which were shipping with a growing number of Macs.
Apple even encouraged you to “Rip Mix Burn” your music collection.
Local backup and total, personal control over your own data. That was the Apple vision of 2001.
Flash forward to 2025.
All data is now stored in the cloud. Full functionality of your computing device is tied to online accounts managed by companies like Apple.
