翻譯：
1.熱愛ACG領域。
2.能夠流暢聽譯一集動畫並且基本沒有漏翻。
3.能夠流暢表達中文。
4.有一定業餘空閑時間，且網絡流暢。
5.校對職位須具有豐富ACG領域知識並日語水平出色（重點招募）
後期：
1.謙虛謹慎，冷靜沉穩，擁有統籌整部動漫字幕製作的能力。
2.有一定業餘空閑時間，必須能夠做到不拖片。
3.熟練使用Aegisub或其他字幕製作工具製作時間軸，熟練使用ass命令。
4.可以使用AviSynth或Direct264進行AVC的壓制。
5.具有良好的網絡環境。（ADSL 4M、非ASDL上傳100k/s以上）
特效：
1.能夠熟練使用各種工具製作LOGO或者主題曲的歌詞特效
2.所製作的特效能夠完全融進畫面的氛圍
片源：
1.駐日能錄製1080i的高清片源
2.擁有優秀的網絡環境 能夠流暢的將錄製的片源供後期使用。
