1. we’ve decided not to integrate $dolphin into flipp due to legal reasons (could trigger legal risks, it’s just not workable for us)
2. $dolphin will remain a meme and cultural coin, exactly as it was intended from the start
3. we’re sorry for any confusion caused by earlier statements around integration

for context:

dolphin and flipp are two separate things run by different teams:
– dolphin launched in dec ‘24 as a memecoin experiment, before flipp was even announced, it has no legal entity under the hood, which makes integration into flipp impossible
– flipp is operated by a US-based company backed by VCs with its own roadmap and plans, it has no obligations tied to dolphin
