Very good PA

When BTC broke below 40k, I pulled myself out of the market. I knew it will get choppy and dirty. I took promise to myself to not check charts daily, and not trade. Some time later this promise paid off and even though I am not on the charts for any more than 10-15 minutes daily, I know the market better than people on their pc 24/7. Just sharing with you so you know that you need to take time out, focus, mute the noise and trust yourself.
