1D:
After three bearish daily candle closes bulls will want to see the the current candle close bullish and above the 50MA. Achieve this and the next target is the channel EQ which has acted as resistance since January 12th, shortly followed by the resistance level at 45465.
I don’t expect BTC to achieve any of this today but those are key targets for the bulls, starting today with retaining the 50MA and a bullish candle close.
The Ichimoku cloud looms ominously above, filling a similar area to the daily supply zone and 200MA.
A rising 20MA and hidden bullish divergence on the RSI give hope to the bulls with the 20MA trending upwards for the first time since November 16th.
Price action is ranging between the daily demand zone and weekly supply and a break above supply and the 45465 resistance level would be bullish.
A break below the daily demand zone and support level at 41950 would be bearish and could see us fall back to the 39600 level where we’re likely to find support. The strength of this support will be determined by whether it holds and confirms a support/resistance flip or if it fails and we see price head for the weekly demand zone starting at 34691.
