Scenario 1. It is a group of maverick tech titans with lots of cash who are genuine rivals to the Bilderberg Group, which has long run the planet along with their off-world partners, and has been behind the secrecy system around the existence of advanced tech and ET life? In this scenario, the Dialog Club is simultaneously seeking access to all the tech secrets that have been suppressed for decades, and preparing for a catastrophic future.

Scenario 2. The "Dialog Club" is essentially Bilderberg 2.0, with a new group of intellectuals, entrepreneurs, elites, etc., who want to run our planet differently, especially when it comes to advanced tech and ET life. In this scenario, Thiel and co. are essentially Young Turks who believe merit and talent, rather than access to occult secrets and the right bloodlines, deserve to be in charge.

Scenario 3.
