In a newly released policy paper, "PRIORITIZING EMERGING ALL-DOMAIN TECHNOLOGIES," Luis Elizondo proposes "the creation of a Senior Advisor to the President for Emerging All-Domain Technologies [EADT]." These All-Domain technologies included Unmanned Aerial Systems (drones) and Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs/UFOs).

The goal of this senior advisor (aka Czar) would be: "(1) coordinate a whole-of-government response to EADT; (2) develop national EADT policy; and (3) serve as the principal advisor to the President and engage with Congress, the media, and the American people on these important issues."

Elizondo concludes with the following: "White House recognition and elevation of EADT is one of the most pressing national security issues confronting the incoming Administration. A Czar for EADT will allow the President and other key decisionmakers to get the answers they need, when they need them."

What Elizondo is proposing appears at first glance to be a very sensible approach from the perspective of the rise in UAS/UAP sightings, the advanced technologies these incorporate, and their national security implications. However, the senior advisor (UAP Czar) position he is proposing is predicated on the unidentified nature of EADT (ie.., UAS & UAPs) and getting answers to what these are.

The main problem with Elizondo's proposal is that EADT are known by those officials in the loop with the right security clearances to be extraterrestrial/cryptoterrestrial in origin or reverse-engineered spacecraft built by top aerospace corporations for secret space programs in multiple Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs).

I don't see how Elizondo's proposal would be very effective in exposing such highly classified programs, as opposed to instituting a fruitless search for answers to the UAS/UAP phenomenon that results in succession of limited hangouts by those protecting the exposure of the USAPs.

What Elizondo is proposing is a reflection of his own fruitless efforts to get to the bottom of the UFO phenomenon since 2009 when he began working on AATIP as a sideline to his permanent Pentagon position. As a mid-level/senior bureaucrat (GS-15), he could never penetrate the veil of secrecy concerning the UFO phenomenon at the highest levels where it was known that multiple NHI are visiting/interacting with humanity, and there was a race to reverse engineer their technologies by all major nations.

What is needed is a senior White House advisor that doesn't exclusively focus on EADT, but on 'exopolitics'. Exopolitics is a political science that focuses on all aspects of Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) and how it impacts humanity at all levels. This would require an advisor that knows, either through formal or informal channels, about the many USAPs that deal with NHI and technologies, as well as the Secret Space programs that have been developed by the US and other major nations. Elena Danaan's latest Star Nations News does a deep dive into the Earth Alliance/Galactic Federation disclosure plan to unveil highly classified technologies covered up for decades by having these come out as new tech by inventors inspired/overlighted by the Galactic Federation, etc.

Elon Musk's Neuralink device is quickly moving forward with plans to have another 20-30 devices installed in people in 2025. While Neuralink is currently being installed in people with severe physiological issues, it's only a matter of time before healthy people start volunteering. Randy Anderson's experience in going into a deep underground facility under Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has many similarities to what JP saw both during and before his active service with the US Army (Jan 2020- Aug 2024).

Anderson describes going into an elevator that takes him way down to the Naval underground facility, and walking through a more advanced-looking facility with multiple security checkpoints. JP also describes going into elevators that took him deep under a large military base to a classified facility on Oct 5, 2023. JP describes passing multiple security checkpoints and saw more modern advanced technologies in the underground facilities. The outgoing Secretary of the Air Force, Frank Kendall, outlined his vision for the USAF and US Space Force when it comes to dominating space affairs. Last night's News Nation episode hosted by Ross Coulthart that examined the whistleblower claims of Jacob Barber broke new ground in that it presented the testimony of someone that had first-hand experiences with recovered UFO craft. Barber described how the UFOs were NHI in origin as they had none of the features of a conventional aerospace vehicle.

Barber described in detail his experience with a white egg-shaped UFO that he had retrieved as part of his duties as a helicopter pilot with a private aerospace contractor involved in crash retrieval operations on what he called the Range. Barber described how the egg UFO was transported at the end of a 150 foot cable from his helicopter. Critically, Barber's testimony is backed by leaked video of the egg-shaped UFO being transported at the end of a helicopter line. This video was hard evidence corroborating Barber's eyewitness claim.

Barber's testimony corroborates the testimony of another US military veteran, JP, who says that he was taken inside an egg-shaped UFO that landed in Feb 2016 that came from a secret base on the Moon, and that he was transported to an exotic location. The incident is described in US Army Insider Missions, Book 1 (2023), pp. 59-62.

Barber's testimony also covered some kind of feminine Non-Human Intelligence associated with a retrieved flying saucer craft with eight sections he called an "eightgon". He described in emotional terms how it felt and how it, the NHI energy, has been inside of him ever since. Barber's testimony here is very similar to what David Adair described about the NHI (Pitholem) that was contained in a large fusion containment engine he encountered at Area 51 in 1971 that entered into Adair and has been with him ever since.

Finally, Barber and some colleagues have set up a skywatching team where a psychic summons UFOs. One of the summoned UFOs was photographed and appeared to be egg-shaped. Barber's testimony is certain to lead to more info about the egg-shaped UFOs that others have experienced.
