This Fox article is based on a Sol Foundation report by retired Rear Adm Tim Gallaudet about the importance of Underwater UAPs (aka USOs). His report gives a solid overview of USO sightings over the decades and their importance. He rightly points out that much of what is known about what lies under the oceans remains classified. Nevertheless, we can get a fair idea by considering historical reports that discuss underwater races. There are, for example, Babylonian legends about sea gods such as Oanes who helped surface humans with advanced tech. Similar legends appear worldwide. There is much historical evidence that points to ancient underwater civilizations that have existed for millennia.
