Richard Dolan's video "10 Key Facts about UAP" did a good job in covering worldwide UFO reports, USO reports, UFOs interfering with navy ships, Russian UFO reports, UFO crash retrieval ops, etc. However, I was surprised that he failed to mention contactee reports of individuals who have actually entered and traveled inside UFOs/ET spacecraft, rather than simply seen ETs from a distance—what Dr. Allen Hynek called CE-3. Contactee/Abductee cases should be classified as CE-4 as they involve direct interaction with ETs. While Dolan discussed missing time, which implies UFO abduction experiences, missing time has little to do with contactee experiences. Also, Dolan failed to mention reports of individuals involved in secret space programs that use reverse engineered alien spacecraft. I understand that Dolan and many other UFO researchers are skeptical of contactee and SSP claims since they want to maintain a veneer of scientific credibility given the rise of new academic organizations championing the scientific method —Galileo Foundation & Sol Foundation. However, simply ignoring contactee and SSP reports is a bridge too far. As we enter a new era of transparency, contactee and SSP witnesses shouldn't be ignored if we want to understand the big picture.
