We would like to bring to light answers to some confusion
DMSCRIPT LTD’s registration was named after a member called Eyad, who was the CEO’s assistant, and that’s how the company was registered in the UK, however, after Eyad has left the team, we have asked to cancel this registration so we could re-register the company under another name.
DMScript will be registered as told once the new company is formed as well, therefore there is nothing to worry about as it won’t be dissolved.
It’s important for you to know that DMScript’s name will remain as it is, with it carrying all the gaming-related projects, and there are no problems with higglo license whatsoever, the new company will be holding all the non-gaming related projects.
