TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF WIFI IN CROPP SALONS
1. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for free and independent use of WiFi access points (hereinafter referred to as "WiFi") in shops operated by LPP SA located in the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as "Salon", "Salons").
2. WiFi is provided by LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk, at 39/44 Łąkowa Street, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk – North in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 778, share capital (fully paid-up) PLN 3,710,380, REGON 190852164, NIP 583-10-14-898 (hereinafter referred to as "LPP") in order to enable customers of Salons to use the shopping applications provided by LPP.
3. WiFi can be used by any person staying in the Salon who is in possession of a mobile device enabling the use of WiFi (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
4. The network connection is not encrypted.
5. The maximum time to use the service is 30 minutes, after that time the connection will be dropped.
6. LPP does not provide Users with: end devices, any technical support, instructions.
7. LPP does not guarantee: signal coverage of the entire area of the Salon, uninterrupted, stable operation, level of bandwidth, availability of all network services as well as availability of all websites.
8. The condition for using WiFi is each time the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
9. LPP is entitled to:
a) Impose restrictions on the use of WiFI in its sole discretion, including the use of: time limits, limiting data usage and other service parameters, restricting or blocking access to certain content or services on the Internet.
b) Apply all safeguards aimed at the security of LPP, the Salon and the Users, in particular protection against security incidents, including: recording, supervising and archiving information or data, collecting logs and analysing network traffic generated by Users.
c) Use cookies for statistical purposes and improve the standard of services
10. The User is obliged to:
a) not to use WiFi for any illegal activities, in particular not to download, upload or share pornographic content, dealing with violence, violating anyone's personal rights.
b) not to take any action that may infringe copyright,
c) not to use WiFi for any professional activity,
d) not to distribute computer viruses and other programs that may damage the devices or resources of other Internet users,
e) not to attempt to access any online resources that you are not entitled to use;
f) Do not attempt to circumvent WiFI security measures.
g) do not run Internet service servers on devices connected to WiFi,
h) not to take any action that could be considered potentially dangerous to the functioning of the WiFi,
i) do not overload your bandwidth by using peer to peer applications or sharing web servers, IRC, NNTP, etc.
j) not to take any action that jeopardizes the proper functioning of the WiFi.
11. LPP shall not be liable for any actions, omissions or damage caused by the User, even indirectly, with the use of WiFi – regardless of the type and source of the damage, including the loss of the User's data and that of third parties.
12. If LPP detects the User's actions violating the law or the principles of social coexistence, LPP may report such actions to the relevant authorities.
13. LPP will make available the information it has at the request of the competent authorities.
14. The User shall not be entitled to any claims for temporary or permanent lack of Internet signal or limitation of the bandwidth resulting from the disabling or technical problems of WiFi, as well as for any actions of LPP limiting the use of WiFi by the User or a group of Users.
15. LPP may use cookies that may be stored on the User's End Device. Such files can be read each time you connect to this End Device. Cookies provide statistical data about the Users' traffic and use of particular websites and will be used to improve the quality of the WiFi signal.

The user can disable the option of accepting cookies in their browser at any time, however, disabling cookies may cause difficulties or even prevent the use of WiFi.
16. LPP does not collect or process personal data in connection with the User's use of WiFi.
17. LPP may at any time, without prior notice and without justification, block the User's access to WiFi.
