Too many aren’t enjoying the resetting of the 3 Branches of Government.
If these snakes would have tried to blend in, they wouldn’t be in jeopardy of losing their bench.
We’re very blessed and lucky there were enough people still living to know exactly what our Founders set up and established to reset it back to it.
That’s why I keep stressing, if you believe President Trump did ALL this as a regular President, you’re only hurting yourself on learning what’s taking place and also doing he and the Military an injustice to their credibility and sacrifices.
The Judicial Branch was never supposed to act like a command center.
They are to simply INTERPRET the Law when there’s a discrepancy.
They are not to insert themselves because they don’t like what the Executive Branch is enforcing.
They are there to interpret what’s set forth by Legislative Branch (what’s written) and Executive Branch (what’s enforced).
‘We the People’ vote in those two.
Judicial Branch are nominated by President and confirmed by Senate.
The Judges can be impeached.
Which again, Marbury vs Madison 1803, is very important and was a landmark and landslide case.
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Trump using the 1798 Aliens Act.
For a Judge in a lower Court to block President Trump on a region, Venezuela, in which Obama signed and declared a National Emergency, show favor towards an allegiance (Deep State), not the greater good.
And this Judge just happens to be a Clinton appointee.
Marbury vs Madison 1803, says, “a law repugnant to the Constitution is void.”
So, anything the Deep State did not want to be enforced by a President and Congress, should have been abolished.
But see that’s just it…
THAT alone exposes the Swamp and their Alliance.
They never dreamt a takeover would happen.
