I have finalised the outline of a trading strategy called Skimming off the Top.

It uses publicly available information in order to infer which companies would be the greatest beneficiaries if you assume that every company was corrupt. You then invest in them to benefit from the corruption.

If government is a pay-to-play system, then all spending on donations of any kind can be assumed to be the pay, while increased stock value is the play.

Feel free to share. Corruption fucks the average Joe without lube, and so this gives the average Joe a way to make some money off a system that is designed to screw them out of their money.
