That free tiller I got from a 30 dollar wheel barrow purchase. All it needed was a spark plug cleaned and the connector and boot cleaned. They claimed they'd have to take the plug wire off to get it to stop. Just dirty and neglected. $200 plus dollar old tiller for free.
