Ended up getting food poisoning for Christmas. Every time I've gotten food poisoning, it was from eating out at a restaurant or fast food chain. I should have known better than to gamble with (((Sysco foods))) and the shitty non staffing now and days. No more eating out anymore. And I barely do it anyway. The wife is making Christmas lasagna for the family tonight. Home made and from scratch.
She has this really good method of slicing the garlic with a razorblade so the garlic liquifies in a pan. It's a very good sauce. Also, gonna can the sauce tomorrow for either next year or just great 3 meat pasta sauce for the kids. Nothing is wasted. And the aluminum pans go into the scrap pile.
