My daddy taught me to be a good man for the community and to never wrong it. Always work hard and to work on your own stuff and never lie. He's right. I buy local beef from a farmer around here and it's always been $9/lb for a quarter cow. 60% is ground beef. The bonus is those t-bone steaks and other premium cuts that go for $28/lb at the local store

He's a good man with a large family. Home delivery is included and we get as much beef fat (for soap) and soup bones as we want for free

Search for a local organic farmer and you'll likely find the same. I guarantee you it's better meat than from the store and it supports the community
