Protip: fall and winter are the best times to pick up tools, outdoor equipment, and garden stuff to use and fix up and repair. Imagine selling 5 lawnmowers that just needed basic maintenance for resale. Big money come spring and summer.

Also, another antiwagie tip is to have yard sales for cheap to clear out your inventory of stuff you've found. Don't mark stuff too high, the goal is to clear space. People will buy them. Stuff that can't be scrapped or doesn't sell donate to your local charity or church. Keep an eye out for antiques as well. Those sell big usually to people with the eye and a need for a bargain. Sometimes antique shops will buy your antiques (usually for cheap, but it clears your inventory) if it doesn't sell. Or sell your antiques online on cherish for more if you have something.
