In other news, I have some good luck scrapping a local build site. Found like 5 pounds of copper and 200 lbs of steel right off the bat before a "concerned citizen" shooed me away. Gonna return tommorrow. Post your hauls racoons, and I will post them. Also made $130 bucks selling golf clubs and fruniture and driving 20 minutes. Hell, that's a full days pay for some minimum wage wagies. Poor saps.

Out of my 2 years of living at my new house, and out of all of the projects that I have done, this has been my proudest work. This peach tree was on the verge of death with three different diseases and the cicada horde chewing on it, but I managed to bring life back into it. Honestly I wouldn't mind having some of these boomer trinkets around, it's just that the things that actually matter (like houses) were liquidated so they could go on cruises and travel around or whatever. If this sort of stuff was a package deal with a house, I wouldn't have any problem with keeping it around. I think my grandma's ceramic nativity scene figures she puts out in the living room every Christmas are kinda nice actually.

Get in that resale game as boomers start downsizing. I've made about $1500 already from an old ladies fruniture when she passed away. All tax free. Gen x and millennials also like antiques, real wood, and metal fruniture and antiques, and useful old tools. People want real stuff in a sea of chinesium.
