Legit bros, I'm thinking of quitting my job. Its like this every day. This guy is telling me about lizard people running the world, bill gates killing people with vaccines, movie stars and politicians traffic children and extract their blood to make adrenochrome (like, wtf?), and how money doesn't actually exist, that it's just created with accounting tricks at banks. Next thing he will probably tell me is Hitler was actually the good guy and that Churchill was an alcoholic gambler or some stupid shit.
You guys said college was a dead end and I should get a trade, but I can't do another 2 years of this.

A series of posts I made on my Instagram story. I basically constantly rag on guys who are always on their next gun builds, seemingly constantly in the Buy/Sell/Trade chats selling the items they bought last week and buying new items this week. Here's ideas of things to actually invest your money in that will actually leave you better off in the preparedness sense. And yes, I know it's likely a lot of you already have some of these items, but it never hurts to see it in a new perspective or even buy redundancies for that item. In comparison to firearms, a lot of these items are relatively cheap.

Ground beef prices reach record highs as warning issued
Ground beef prices across the U.S. continue to reach new highs, driven by shrinking cattle herds, with looming import restrictions threatening to push costs even higher.
According to government data released last week, the average price of a pound of 100 percent ground beef rose to $6.12 last month, up from $5.98 in May and $5.47 in June 2024. Experts have said this trend shows no signs of slowing, meaning there may be upward pressure on prices through 2026 and beyond.
"It might be at least two to three years before we would see any significant change on the supply side that would ultimately lead to some moderation in beef prices," agricultural economist Derrell Peel told Newsweek.
