You want to sell things within 10 to 40 percent of the actual value of the item new. Antiques are a niche market but will make money as long as you know what you have. Tools and power tools and whatnot will sell VERY fast. That's a good bread and butter for yall diving at Harbor frieght and buying broken to fix. Demographic is men. Fruniture and vintage you sell to the women or college folks. They need to furnish something or flip themselves. Kitchen stuff sells OK but not a major money maker. Prepper shit sells, and so do DVDs and other niche items like sports and "manly" items. Always be looking to trade. Part 2 on boomers and appliances next post. Stay tuned.
