How to yard sales coming soon

The one thing I love about yard sales is abusing boomers. High pricing shit just for them and making them walk away. Old people are not your target demographic if you want to make money.

Kids ate half a basket full of our home grown berries. Wife made pickles from the pickling cucumbers in our garden. More garden posts to come.

How it feels to be the local yard sale and marketplace kingpin in my area.

If the western public land going up for sale was limited to be available only for purchase by American citizens and in limited quantities,  I could be persuaded that it was a good idea to promote small farms.
We all know it will be a massive corporate giveaway.
Call your senators. This cannot be allowed.

How I look at my wife when I come home from work and she says "sorry the house is a mess."

Let's talk yard sales.Ok, so yard sales are great between the months of March and October. It's where you can lay it all out and hock your stuff you've found or bought very cheaply. You want to sell things within 10 to 40 percent of the actual value of the item new. Antiques are a niche market but will make money as long as you know what you have. Tools and power tools and whatnot will sell VERY fast. That's a good bread and butter for yall diving at Harbor frieght and buying broken to fix. Demographic is men. Fruniture and vintage you sell to the women or college folks. They need to furnish something or flip themselves. Kitchen stuff sells OK but not a major money maker. Prepper shit sells, and so do DVDs and other niche items like sports and "manly" items. Always be looking to trade. Part 2 on boomers and appliances next post. Stay tuned.
