First company I got my apprenticeship with I remember the three owners were two Americans and a Vietnamese guy. On the surface, they were long time friends and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Hard skills still very important to have though, and I'm glad I got the training I did. But it was a stepping stone for me, I don't plan to go back unless my life depends it.
