Ideologies, nations and poltics come after tribes and peoples. People and tribes form after resources are secure enough. I think nations will balkanize into regions and polities' when resources become constrained due to waste, immigration, ecological destruction, pollution, resource depletion, and decline in competency. I just buy the boxes from the bank at face value and then sort out the copper ones while at work. Then I dump the zinc ones in the bank change machine and do it again. Every copper penny is worth roughly 3¢ in copper.

This is how I deal with the dead rolls, but this is the standard setup I use for stripping wires. Just swap the blade to the hole matching wire size, pull, direct case into garbage and copper into bucket, pull until done.
