Today, the man wearing red got on the subway, he opened his folder and started reading 🧐

A few stops later a man got on and asked him β€œwhat are you studying for? You look confused, maybe I can help?” He said my son just failed a math test, and I am re-studying fractions so I can teach him. I am 42 years old and I don’t remember any of this, so I am reteaching myself.

The guy in the black informed him that he use to be a math teacher, and would help quiz him. Everything the man in the red got wrong, it was broken down and corrected for him.

By the end of the train 🚊 ride, the man had a better understanding. He had a new method to come home with to teach his son. It’s the little things like this that I love seeing, because most people could care less about what the person next to them is going through ❀️❀️❀️

""One way we can really help the world is by doing nothing at all.

So often we feel we are wasting time or wasting energy if we don't continuously use it, but:
1. Time and energy are illusions. We actually have all of time and limitless energy when we connect to Source.
2. Oftentimes we "waste" energy doing meaningless work that propagates the machine of our collective amnesia/illusion

When we stop, do nothing, meditate, just breathe, not letting thoughts lead our every actions, and let the mind be still, we tune into a higher vibration. This higher vibration, which is far more enjoyable, even blissful, more helpful, healing, and which gives true abundance, can then take over. This higher vibration can then lead our actions. This higher vibration is our higher self/Source.

Doing nothing is paradoxically not doing nothing. It is impossible to do nothing, because doing nothing is still something. When we "do nothing," we are actually going into ourselves. Only when we give ourselves time to go within can we find what truly matters in our hearts.

When we do nothing at all, and we truly REALIZE that ALL of this is an illusion, a dream, a hallucination, our own fantastical imagination, then we have everything. We open ourselves to everything. We become everything and therefore can do anything. That is freedom. It doesn't exist in doing. It exists in not doing, or not feeling like we have to do anything.

Because when we feel like we don't HAVE to do ANYTHING, we naturally want to do so much! Life becomes an act of joy only. It is force, control, distraction, and manipulation due to our own illusions and beliefs that depletes us and makes life not enjoyable. Our actions become acts of obligation rather than acts of ecstastic expression.

That being said, sometimes the most ultimately enjoyable thing to do is fight for your life, but 99% of the time, we're not actually fighting for life. We are, rather, fighting to avoid death. We want to deny death. But when we deny death, we deny life also. We have to be willing to die and not give a damn what happens if we really want to live, for our children to live, and our children's children's children to have a good life. Death. Is. Not. The. End. So stop letting fear of it control you!

For months or even years a seed may be in stasis. It seems to be doing nothing at all, like a pebble lost among billions, but it has eternal patience. Only when the seed is buried in total darkness, becoming more still and like nothing than it ever has does is sprout. It's time of greatest stillness is also the most crucial part, the crux, of its developmental life. This is when its roots take shape and its limbs branch out reaching for the canopy and towards the sun. It is in the darkness of the womb, of the void, of space and time where we ignite the spark of the divine which grows into the tree of life. There can be no other way.

This is why I embrace nothingness and death, because in the nothingness lies everything and in death lies life.

What we really want to do... is not have to do anything... so we can have the freedom to dream our wildest dreams. What we really want is just to have the ultimate fun. The doing takes care of itself.

β€œWhen there is no more separation between β€˜this’ and β€˜that,’ it is called the still-point of the Tao. At the still point in the center of the circle one can see the infinite in all things.”
β€” Zhuangzi

"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
There is a field. I'll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
The world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other
Doesn't make any sense."
β€” Rumi" -ZAS "
