Today I felt inspired to think about freedom. For me, real freedom comes from genuine inspiration. It always means change and the willingness to change. True freedom lies in its meaning. To be free is your own definition when and where you reach boundaries. For me, it is inner peace, the caress of a sparkling heart. But everyone is unique. So, of course I‘d love to hear your definition.

Practice 1: Body Awareness
How to build up the awareness of the body. By standing. By practising some standing exercises. The feet are just about shoulder wide. The knees are very very slightly bend. The hip is tucked in. The lower back is pushed out. The chin you pull towards your chest. And the top of your skull feels like it is suspended from above. And just stand. There is no need to add any tension to it.
First of all just feel your own body. If you don't know what to feel, I can give you some example. Try to feel your spine first. Get a feeling for where your spine is sitting. Now make sure that the spine is exactely centered between the left foot and the right foot. Put the spine into balance in regard to left and right. If you now continue and pay attention to how is the weight distribution between the toe area and the heels, front and back in balance.
Afterwards from the lower part of the body, you are now using the mind. You are using now the mind and the awareness of your body to go step by step from each station, starting from the feet. You travel with the mind into the feet and ask yourself, is there any type of tension that you are consciously able to resolve. Next station. You're moving up to your ankles. The same procedure. Ask yourself, is there any type of tension that you can feel that you consciously can release.
You travel up to the knees, you travel up to the thighs, you travel up to the hips, you travel up to the lower back. You go in to the chest area, you feel the back, you feel the neck, your shoulders, the ellbows, the hands, and correct your posture again.
This is one part of wise, all internal, because the main work that you're in the beginning investing, the main work you are doing, on the outside you can't see too many things happening, because it's internal, because it's something that you are dealing with, that you are transforming, that you are changing, that you are paying attention to, which happens inside of your body, which happens inside of you.

Theory 4: Mental Objects & Space
We are talking about six senses. Not five. The five senses you know. Seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling. What is the sixth sense? The sixth sense is the mind dealing with mental objects. It is the mind dealing with mental objects. This is the sixth sense. What is for example such an mental object? Your emotion is a mental object. Your thoughts are a mental object. Your attitude is a mental object. Your intention is a mental object. Energy is a mental object. And now we're here for Qi Gong. We're here for Qi Gong. Practising a skill in feeling with Qi.
Many of us have grown up in the world and this world for many many years at long time always base our experience on the things that we see. We're basing our experience on things that are around us. We're basing our life experience on what we call form. Our whole life is dominated by form. A male has a form. A female has a form. The tree has form. The stone has a form. The plant has a form. Everything has a form. But is this world that we are living in only based on form?
When tonight is getting dark, you look up in the sky. What are you going to see? Many many stars. Many many planets. Many things that are shining. What are these shiny things? Suns, planets. Matter. The earth is one, one of these dots. If you look in the sky, there are many more. If you take all these dots together, in complete universe, then I think the scientists are saying: It is zero point zero zero zero zero zero one percent of what the universe actually is made out of. What is the ninety nine percent, the rest of it? Things we cannot see. It's space. It's space into it. The greatest things of existence are the things that we cannot see.
How does this apply now to you and us all feel? Let's assume you know everything. What do you know? In case you really know everything, you know zero point zero zero zero zero zero zero zero one. This it what you know. The bigger part is not knowing. The bigger part of existence is not knowing. And this is why an attitude which really helps you in order to get deeper into this type of topic, into the Yi Jin Jing, into the Qi Gong, into healing with energy, is observe yourself, look inside yourself, and correct that mistake in the mind, that you think you know everything.
You want to experience space, you need to create space. If you stay with the things that you know, this is what I know, this is, I know this all, everything knowledge, all about knowledge, all of this knowledge is in the head. How do you want to be open for something new now, when your head is already full? How should any type of experience enter into your life, when already in here you are knowing everything? How should that happen?
