Weight loss is currently at T-9, which is easiest 10 pounds I have ever lost in my life. I feel much better, probably because this is the weight that my body WANTS to be at. Further weight loss will be difficult. Still a long way if I want to get to pre-PhD level T-20 or pre-back-injury cross-fit T-35.

I am really encouraged to see other righties branching out and dipping their toes into gaming content. It would be nice to have competitions and just general community building outside of explicit political content.

In the last three days my distaste for all social media has reached lows that shouldn’t even be possible. Post twitter, social media isn’t even a way to elevate clout or have DMs with other creators. They are simply a window into immature turf wars that are as sad as they are petty. The fact that these battles have right and wrong sides, good and bad faith actors is beside the point. I don’t want to be doing this kind of thing.
