Ingredients for Quinoa Balls:

๐ŸŒฟ 3 tsp canola oil

๐ŸŒพ 10g rolled oats (tender)
๐ŸŒฑ 35g soy granules
๐Ÿซš 1 tsp vegetable broth
๐ŸŒฝ 2 tbsp cornstarch
๐ŸŒฟ 1 handful of parsley

Ingredients for Filling:
๐ŸŒฟ 1 handful of chives
๐ŸŒฑ 1 tbsp vegan cream cheese
๐Ÿ‹ Quarter lemon

Spices:
๐Ÿง‚ Salt
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Chili
๐Ÿง‚ Pepper

Preparation๐Ÿฅ˜:
1๏ธโƒฃ Cook the quinoa & soy granules according to the packaging. Then drain each one.
2๏ธโƒฃ Chop onions & garlic ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿง„ and sautรฉ in 1 tsp canola oil.
3๏ธโƒฃ Grate or finely chop the carrots ๐Ÿฅ• and add to the pan for 3 minutes. Finely chop parsley ๐ŸŒฟ.
4๏ธโƒฃ Mix quinoa, soy granules, onions, garlic, carrots, oats, vegetable broth, parsley & cornstarch in a bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ. Leave to swell for 3 minutes.
5๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the filling: mix vegan cream cheese, lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹, and chives ๐ŸŒฟ. Season.
6๏ธโƒฃ Season the quinoa mixture, form 5 balls, press in with your thumb, fill with the dip, and close the balls.
