Cooking Process:

Recipe for 12 Muffins

๐ง 100 g vegan sprinkled cheese
Stuffing
๐ง 1 onion
๐ง 1 tbsp vegan butter
๐ฅ 250 ml vegan cream
๐ฅ 1 tbsp mustard
๐ 3 tbsp maple syrup
๐ง pinch of salt
๐ฅ 2 tsp vegetable stock + 1/2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 100 ml water
๐ juice of one lime
๐ฅฆ 1 head of broccoli
๐ฅซ 1 tin (260 g) chickpeas
Preparation
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water and drain ๐ฅ๐ง
2. Sautรฉ the onions in vegan butter. Add all the other ingredients for the sauce one after the other. Simmer until the sauce thickens ๐ฒ๐ง
3. Stir in the broccoli and chickpeas ๐ฅฆ๐ฅซ. Simmer everything for a further 5 minutes โณ.
4. Place the cooked potatoes in a muffin tin and squash with a glass ๐ถ.
5. Fill each potato with sprinkled cheese, filling, and more cheese ๐ง๐ง.
6. Place in the oven for 30 min at 180ยฐC ๐ฅโฒ.
