Ingredients:


For Falafel

*1 cup/200g. chickpeas (dry).
*1/2 cup yellow onion
*3 cloves of garlic
*1 cup cilantro
*1 cup parsley
*1 jalapeรฑo pepper
*1 tsp cumin
*1 tsp salt
*1/2 tsp cardamom
*2 tbsp chickpea flour
*1/2 tsp baking soda
*black pepper (to taste)
*vegetable oil for frying

For Tzatziki Sauce:

*2 fresh cucumbers
*300 g. greek yogurt
*5-6 mint leaves
*lemon juice 1/2 lemon
*1 cloves of garlic
*30 grams of olive oil, salt to taste.
(Grate cucumbers on a fine grater and squeeze the juice, finely chop the mint and combine all the ingredients together)

For Pita Salad:

*Pita
*Cucumbers
*Tomatoes
*Red onion
*Cilantro or parsley
