STEAK SANDWICH! ๐ฅฉ
Ingredients:
* handful Basil
* 4 cloves Garlic
* 1/2 cup Olive oil
* Salt/Pepper
* 1/3 cup Walnuts
* 2 tbsp Finely chopped onion
* 1 tsp Finely chopped red chili pepper
* 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
* 2 tbsp Lemon juice
For the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides and place it in the skillet.
Add garlic and thyme, after 3 minutes, flip to the other side and cook for another 3 minutes.
Transfer to a board for 10 minutes to keep it juicy, then slice into pieces.
