My ex Gf sent me this, anyone have any answers??

December of 2021 my thyroid was 1.6 in range. I was pressured at work and ended up having two Covid shots, they Both put me down, especially the second shot I was very very sick for 9 days.

I was diagnosed in September with Hashimoto. My numbers were at 15, from 1.6 in December. I’ve been in and out of the hospital for months now with horrible migraines, dizziness, faint, pounding heart and palpitations, chest pains, high blood pressure, weight gain, every afternoon/evening I feel like I got hit by a truck feeling like I have no energy and need to go to bed. All of these symptoms lead to severe panic attacks and constant Bad anxiety, neither of which I have ever experienced before last year.

They have put me on synthroid 25mcg and fish oil 3g. I see and endocrinologist to try and get to the bottom of it because after lots of testing, cat scans, heart monitors and ultrasound, X-rays, the only thing coming back wrong is my thyroid number and triglycerides. (Side note- I already ate healthy but I have also tried changing my diet to strictly Mediterranean for the most part as well)
Now, it may have nothing to do with the Covid shot, but either way I am looking for some opinions, or knowledge as to what could possibly be going on with me so I can do some research and ask the questions I need to my doctor. I am at my whits end with feeling like death and not myself for months now.
