परसों सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में खजुराहो के प्रसिद्ध जावरी मंदिर में स्थित भगवान विष्णु की खंडित मूर्ति की मरम्मत के लिए याचिका की सुनवाई थी। सुनवाई के दौरान मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने मौखिक टिप्पणी की, मूर्ति की मरम्मत के लिए भगवान से ही प्रार्थना कीजिए। आप कहते हैं कि आप भगवान विष्णु के कट्टर भक्त हैं, तो अब उन्हीं से प्रार्थना कीजिए।

न्यायालय न्याय का मंदिर है। भारतीय समाज की न्यायालयों में श्रद्धा और विश्वास है। हम सब का कर्तव्य है कि यह विश्वास ना सिर्फ बना रहे वरन् और मजबूत हो।

हम सब का यह भी कर्तव्य है कि अपनी वाणी में संयम रखें। विशेष तौर पर न्यायालय के अंदर। यह जिम्मेवारी मुकदमा लड़ने वालों की है, वकीलों की है और उतनी ही न्यायाधीशों की भी है।

हमको लगता है कि मुख्य न्यायाधीश की मौखिक टिप्पणी ने हिन्दू धर्म की आस्थाओं का उपहास उड़ाया गया है। अच्छा होगा अगर इस तरह की टिप्पणी करने से बचा जाए।

नई दिल्ली। सितम्बर 23, 2025। विश्व हिंदू परिषद के केंद्रीय संयुक्त महामंत्री डॉ सुरेंद्र जैन ने कहा है कि आज "आई लव मोहम्मद" के नाम पर देशभर में घृणा, अराजकता और हिंसा का नंगा नाच हो रहा है। हर जगह "सर तन से जुदा" के नारे लग रहे हैं। कहीं पुलिस थानों पर हमले हो रहे हैं तो कहीं पुलिस वालों को पीटा जा रहा है। वाहनों को जलाया जा रहा है और इस्लाम की ताकत के भौंडे प्रदर्शन के लिए हिंसक कार्यवाही की जा रही है। भड़काऊ नारे भी लग रहे हैं।
देश पूछना चाहता है कि मोहम्मद से मोहब्बत के इजहार का यह कौनसा नया तरीका है? कुछ दिन पहले ही मिलाद उल नबी पर भी यही किया गया था।
विश्व हिंदू परिषद मुस्लिम समाज से पूछना चाहता है "आई लव मोहम्मद" का नारा लगाने वाले क्या कभी "आई लव भारत माता" भी बोल सकते हैं?
चाहे हिंदुओं का त्यौहार हो या मुसलमान का, ये दंगाई कोई मौका नहीं छोड़ना चाहते। देश को दहलाने की कोशिश की जाती है, हिंदुओं पर हमले होते हैं।
डॉ जैन ने कहा कि अब एक नई रणनीति इन लोगों ने अपना ली है। हर हिंसा में नाबालिग बच्चों को आगे किया जाता है। यह मानसिकता आत्मघाती है। क्या आप अपनी नई पीढ़ी को आतंकवादी बना रहे हो? जिनके हाथों में लैपटॉप होना चाहिए था, उनको पत्थर और हथियार पकड़ा रहे हो। क्या कश्मीर के अनुभव से आप लोग अभी तक कुछ सबक नहीं ले पाए?
हिंसा का यह प्रकार विश्व व्यापी हो गया है। फ्रांस, इटली, जर्मनी, ब्रिटेन, अमेरिका आदि सब जगह यही अंधी, हिंसा और जिहादी पागलपन दिखाई दे रहा है। पूरी मानवता त्रस्त है और इसलिए कई स्थानों पर प्रतिक्रिया भी होने लगी है, जो स्वाभाविक है।

विहिप नेता ने कहा कि वास्तव में आज समस्या "इस्लामोफोबिया" नहीं अपितु, "काफिरोफोबिया" बन गई है। जहां भी आपकी ताकत बन गई है, इसी तरह की हिंसा का प्रदर्शन करना चाहते हो। वास्तव में मुसलमान को सताया नहीं जा रहा, वही सबको सता रहे हैं।
भारत में यह पागलपन ज्यादा बढ़ गया है। मुल्लाह-मौलवी भड़काते हैं और मुस्लिम समाज का एक वर्ग भड़क जाता है। तुम अदालत में भी विश्वास नहीं करते। वक्फ बोर्ड के अंतरिम आदेश पर जिस तरह की हिंसा की तैयारी मुस्लिम संगठन और उलेमा कर रहे हैं उसे किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं माना जा सकता। क्या न्यायपालिका के अंतिम आदेश की भी प्रतीक्षा नहीं करोगे? क्या अपील नहीं कर सकते? लगता है आपका विश्वास न न्यायपालिका में है, न कार्यपालिका में है, और ना ही विधायिका में। आपका विश्वास केवल जिहादी जुनून और हिंसा में है।

डॉ जैन ने आगाह किया कि यह रास्ता आत्मघाती है। आप सब लोगों को शांतिपूर्ण सह अस्तित्व में विश्वास करना चाहिए और देश प्रथम की नीति पर चलना चाहिए। इसलिए विहिप सभी मुस्लिम नेताओं और मुल्ले मौलवियों को चेतावनी देती है कि वे अपनी जुबानों और अपने जवानों दोनों पर काबू रखें।

Dr. Surendra Jain, the central joint general secretary of the Vishva Hindu Parishad, has stated that today, in the name of "I Love Mohammad," there is a naked dance of hatred, anarchy, and violence happening across the country. "Sar Tan Se Juda" are being raised everywhere. There are attacks on police stations in some places, while police officers are being beaten in others. Vehicles are being set on fire, and violent actions are being carried out as a grotesque display of the power of Islam. Provocative slogans are also being shouted everywhere.
The country wants to know if this is new way of expressing love for Mohammad? Just a few days ago, the same was done on Milad-un-Nabi.
The Vishva Hindu Parishad wants to ask the Muslim community, can those who chant the slogan "I Love Mohammad" ever say "I Love Bharat Mata"?
Whether it is a Hindu festival or a Muslim one, these rioters do not want to miss any opportunity. There are attempts to terrorize the country, and Hindus get attacked.
Dr. Jain stated that these people have now adopted a new strategy. every such act of violence is being carried out by pushing the children to the frontlines. This mentality is suicidal. Are you grooming your new generation to become terrorists? Those who should be holding laptops in their hands are being handed over stones and weapons. Haven't you learned any lessons from the experiences in Kashmir?

This type of violence has become global. This extreme violence and jihadist madness is evident everywhere, in France, Italy, Germany, Britain, America, etc. All of humanity is suffering, and therefore reactions have started to emerge in many places, which is only natural.
The VHP leader said that the problem today is not "Islamophobia" but "Kafirophobia." Wherever you gain power, you want to display this kind of violence. In reality, Muslims aren't being persecuted; they are the ones persecuting everyone.
This madness has escalated in Bharat. Mullahs and clerics incite violence, and a section of the Muslim community gets outrage. You don't even trust the courts. The kind of violence Muslim organizations and clerics are preparing to unleash upon the Waqf Board's interim order cannot be justified in any way. Will you not even wait for the judiciary's final order? Can't you appeal? It seems you have no faith in the judiciary, the executive, or the legislature. Your only faith is in Jihadi passion and violence.
Dr. Jain warned that this path is suicidal. All of you must believe in peaceful coexistence and adhere to the policy of nation first. Therefore, the VHP warns all Muslim leaders and clerics to control both their tongues and their foot soldiers.

Restrain on Jihadi Frenzy and Aggression: VHP

New Delhi. September 27, 2025.

It has come to our notice that All India Muslim Personal Law Board and other Muslim organizations have announced a comprehensive program of agitation against the amendments to the Waqf law. The Muslims across the Country have been asked to keep their shops and institutions closed for a day. This is being promoted heavily on social media as Bharat Bandh. Similarly, on another day the Muslims have been called to demonstrate and court arrests in Delhi and in all the state capitals of India. It has also been said that the Muslims shall marched towards the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi and the Raj Bhavans in the states. The delegations of the Samaj shall also present a memorandum to the Chief Ministers in all Bharatiya States against the amendments to the Waqf Act.

Shri Alok Kumar, International President of VHP has said that the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, the Jamiat-Ulama-I-Hind, All India Majlis-e-Mushawarat and other organisations had called the interim order of the Supreme Court on Waqf Act as a victory of the spirit of the Constitution and also that the ‘justice is still alive in our country’. It is paradoxical that despite this, an agitational program has been declared without even waiting for the final judgment of the Supreme Court. It is strange that on one hand, Muslim organizations are challenging this law in the Court, and on the other hand, simultaneously launching nationwide movements without waiting for the final decision of the Supreme Court.

Shri Alok Kumar said that it is a matter of concern that violence has occurred in many places during the Barawafat (Milad-un-Nabi) programs. Even after that, news of violence is coming from various programs and processions organized in many places in the country.

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad apprehends that there could be violence and vandalism during the agitational programs called against the Waqf Amendment Act. This will be a big threat to the law and order situation of Bharat and social harmony.

The responsibility of averting this squarely and primarily lies with the people organizing this agitation. It is their responsibility to ensure that the programs are peaceful and do not involve vandalism, rioting, or assault on government and other properties.

The VHP President also said that the central and state governments should also be adequately prepared to deal with all kinds of situations particularly in view of the resentment and anger being spread in social media campaigns.

The VHP also calls upon the society to be vigilant for self-defense during this campaign of hatred and frenzy, and to take all necessary steps for ensuring peace and law & order prevails.

जिहादी उन्माद व आक्रामकता पर लगे लगाम: विहिप

नई दिल्ली। सितंबर 27, 2025। हमारे ध्यान में आया है कि आल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड और अन्य मुस्लिम संगठनों ने वक़्फ़ कानून में संशोधनों के विरुद्ध एक व्यापक आंदोलन की घोषणा की है। इसमें एक दिन देश के मुसलमानों से अपनी दुकानें और संस्थानों को बंद रखने के लिए भी कहा गया है। सोशल मीडिया पर इसको भारत बंद कहा जा रहा हैं। इसी तरह एक अन्य दिन मुस्लिम समाज दिल्ली और प्रांतों की राजधानियों में प्रदर्शन करके गिरफ़्तारी देगा। मुस्लिम समाज दिल्ली में राष्ट्रपति भवन और राज्यों में राज भवनों की तरफ मार्च निकालेगा। इसी प्रकार सभी राज्यों में मुख्यमंत्रियों को ज्ञापन देने की बात कही गयी है।

विश्व हिन्दू परिषद के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री आलोक कुमार ने आज कहा कि वक़्फ़ संशोधन कानून के विषय में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश का तो आल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड और जमीयत-उलेमा-ए-हिन्द ने स्वागत किया था। इसके बावजूद, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतिम फैसले की प्रतीक्षा किये बिना आंदोलनों की घोषणा की गयी है। यह विचित्र है कि एक तरफ तो मुस्लिम संगठन न्यायालय के समक्ष इस कानून को चुनौती दे रहे है और वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतिम फैसले की प्रतीक्षा किये बिना देश-व्यापी आंदोलन छेड़ रहे है।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह चिंता की बात है कि अभी बारावफ़ात (मिलाद-उन-नबी) के कार्यक्रमों के दौरान अनेक स्थानों पर हिंसा हुई है। उसके बाद भी देश में अनेक स्थानों पर आयोजित कार्यक्रमों और जुलूसों में हिंसा के समाचार सामने आ रहे है।

विश्व हिन्दू परिषद् को यह आशंका है कि वक़्फ़ संशोधन कानून के खिलाफ आयोजित आंदोलनों में बड़ी मात्रा में हिंसा और तोड़फोड़ हो सकती है। यह देश और सामाजिक सौहाद्र के लिए बड़ा खतरा होगा।

इस खतरे को टालने की जिम्मेवारी, सबसे अधिक तो इस आंदोलन का आयोजन करने वाले लोगो की होगी। यह उनकी जिम्मेवारी है कि कार्यक्रम शांतिपूर्ण हों और इनमे सरकारी और अन्य सम्पतियों पर तोड़फोड़, दंगा और मारपीट न हो।

विहिप अध्यक्ष ने यह भी कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य की सरकारों को भी सब प्रकार की स्थिति से निपटने की पूर्व तैयारी करना आवश्यक है। इन कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन, फैलाई जा रही उत्तेजना, कानून व्यवस्था और सामाजिक संबंधों को चुनौती देने वाले सोशल मीडिया अभियानों पर नजर रख कर कानून और व्यवस्था बनाये रखने और सब प्रकार की परिस्थिति से निपटने के लिए हर संभव प्रयत्न किया जाना आवश्यक है।

हम समाज का भी आह्वान करते है कि वह घृणा और उन्माद के इस अभियान को देखते हुए आत्मरक्षा के लिए सतर्क रहे और इसके लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठायें।
