I Am No Longer Procrastinating.
Several times, I have tried to build a consistent reading habit by reading personal development books. Every time I started, I eventually lost momentum not because I wasn't serious, but because I generally didn't enjoy reading books.
However, I have come to realize something important.
Over the years, I have learned that the knowledge contained in books has transformed countless lives. Every successful person I admire has one thing in common: they are lifelong learners.
If I want to build the future I dream of, then reading must become part of my lifestyle not just something I do when I feel motivated.
Today, I am making a decision.
No more procrastination.
Even though I haven't been consistent in the past, I am choosing to start again. This time, I am beginning with Atomic Habits by James Clear because I believe building the right habits will shape every other area of my life.
For the next 30 days, I will commit to reading consistently. I will also write down everything I learn each day to track my progress and hold myself accountable.
This isn't just about finishing a book.
It's about becoming the kind of person who never stops learning.
One day at a time.
