Measuring whether an asset is a SoV is generally quite simple

Just look at the price

"Most ppl don't see ETH as a SoV that's why it's not a SoV"

Ok, so the way this works is that more people will believe ETH is a global store of value at $10k than at $3k and more again at $30k than $10k and more again at $100k than $30k.
