I look at it from trust perspective. A new vault attracts $500M in 24 seconds, being attractive enough to pay up to $100k in gas fees.
It's a huge @veda_labs and Plasma success. The whales were confident enough to speedrun to the vault with as much as $50M in a single transaction. There wasn't enough time for majority to do a proper due diligence. But they trusted the execution.
Trillions.
