We have received many complaints about Withdraws and we have come up with a solution. But first we want to explain the use of PCR.

PCR stand for Purchase Compensation Ratio, and it is a protection against holders who want to dumb coins they got which they did not buy. These coins are likely gotten from airdrops, bonuses, DiemLibre Play, or any other means.

Your coin balance is a reflection of your total coins, and this includes, coins you bought plus coins you did not buy.

PCR is a ratio of the number of coins you have bought over the number of coins you did not buy. Therefore we are saying that from your coin balance there should be a reasonable amount of the coins which was bought or must be bought in other compensate for the coins you did not buy.

PCR = (Coins Bought) / (Coin Balance) * 100

Example:
Alice has a coin balance of 10,000 $DLB.
She bought 3,000 $DLB and participated in the DiemLibre Play and got 7,000 $DLB coins.

Her PCR = (3000/10000) * 100 = 30%

Since the current PCR Limit is 25%, this makes here eligible to withdraw.


Problems

There are users who have millions of $DLB they did not buy, this means for them to have a PCR of 25% they need to buy at least 250k $DLB and given that 1 $DLB = 1 USD, this is not fair for our early investors.
