MCP ships tomorrow. Your agents get a phone.

Thanks for being here.

MCP lands today, like we said. Roughly 5-6 hours out — we're on the final round of testing now.

Connect it with OAuth or a personal key from your settings.

Both work from day one.

MCP is live

Grab the MCP address from your settings and connect it to your agent. Claude, ChatGPT, whatever you run. From there you just ask it to make a call, it builds the plan, you approve it, and the call goes out.

Still in test mode for now, so every call needs your approval before it dials. Over the next few days we'll be tuning it and giving the agent more room to act on its own.

Thanks for sticking around for this one.

An agent that knows you

Right now every call starts from zero. You repeat your name, your address, which doctor you see, what car you drive, every single time.

That ends with the next update. The agent picks up what matters during a call and keeps it. Next time it already knows, so the plan is shorter, the call is faster, and some questions it answers outright instead of putting another call on your list.

Every call makes the next one better. That is the difference between a tool you operate and an agent that actually works for you.

Your memory, not ours. You see what's in it and you can wipe any of it whenever you want.

Big day. MCP went live and your agents can place real calls now. The token bonded. Fees went out in the same split as always, with the proofs posted.

Next one is memory. The agent stops starting from zero every time.

Thank you for a week like this.

Still heads down. Memory ships in the next two or three days, exactly as we said it would.

We're also putting real time into getting this product in front of more people.

Long day on the build. Back at it tomorrow.

Hope your weekend is treating you well.
The hardest number in a voice agent is 800 milliseconds.

That's roughly how long a pause can last in a phone conversation before the person on the other end thinks something is wrong. They say "hello?" or they hang up.

Inside that window you have to transcribe what they said, decide what it means, work out the reply and turn it back into speech. Four steps, each with its own latency, plus whatever the phone network adds on top.

Text agents get to think for five seconds and nobody notices. On a call, thinking is silence, and silence reads as a broken line.
