ዛሬ በዓለም ላይ ካሉ ትልልቅ የኢ-ኮሜርስ (E-Commerce) እና የቴክኖሎጂ Companyኦች አንዱ የሆነው አሊባባ (Alibaba) እንዴት እንደተጀመረ እና ከመስራቹ ከጃክ ማ ጀርባ የነበረውን አስገራሚ የጽናት ታሪክ ያውቃሉ?
ጃክ ማ በቻይና ሃንግዙ ውስጥ ሲወለድ ሀብታም ወይም የቴክኖሎጂ ባለሙያ አልነበረም። በእንግሊዝኛ ቋንቋ መምህርነት በወር የ12 ዶላር ደመወዝ ይከፈለው የነበረው ይህ ወጣት፣ ህይወቱን ለመቀየር ባደረገው ጥረት ተደጋጋሚ እና ልብ የሚሰብሩ የውድቀት በሮችን አልፏል።
ወደ ኮሌጅ ለመግባት ባደረገው ሙከራ 3 ጊዜ ወድቋል። ለስራ ባመለከተ ቁጥር ግንኙነቱ ከውድቀት ጋር ብቻ ነበር። ከ33 በላይ የተለያዩ የስራ እድሎች ውድቅ ተደርጎበታል!
KFC ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በከተማው ቅርንጫፍ ሲከፍት 24 ሰዎች ለስራ አመልክተው 23ቱ ሲቀጠሩ ያልተቀጠረው ብቸኛው ሰው ጃክ ማ ነበር። ለፖሊስነት ሲያመልክም "አትመጥንም" ተብሏል። ወደ ሃርቫርድ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለመግባት 10 ጊዜ አመልክቶ 10 ጊዜም ተቀባይነት አጣል።
ታዲያ ይህ 33 ጊዜ ውድቅ የተደረገ፣ኮድ መጻፍ ወይም የቴክኖሎጂ እውቀት የሌለው ሰው እንዴት ዛሬ የምናውቀውን የቴክኖሎጂ ኢምፓየር መገንባት ቻለ?

ጃክ ማ የሶፍትዌር ኢንጂነር አልነበረም፤ አንድ መስመር ኮድ እንኳ መጻፍ አይችልም ነበር! ነገር ግን የቻይና አነስተኛ ባለቤቶች ምርቶቻቸውን ለዓለም የሚያስተዋውቁበት መድረክ እንደሚያስፈልጋቸው ተረዳ። ቴክኖሎጂውን ለሚያውቁት በመተው እሱ ትልቁን ራዕይ እና የቡድን መሪነቱን ይዞ ቀጠለ።
✔️ የማይበገር የፅናት ሀይል (Relentless Persistence)
አሊባባ ሲጀመር የመጀመሪያዎቹን 3 ዓመታት ምንም አይነት ትርፍ አላስገኘም ነበር። የውጭ ኢንቨስተሮችም "ይህ ቢዝነስ አይሰራም" ብለው ይስቁበት ነበር። ነገር ግን ለደንበኞች እና ለትናንሽ ነጋዴዎች እሴት መፍጠሩን አላቆመም። ዛሬ አሊባባ በቀን በሚሊዮኖች የሚቆጠሩ ግብይቶችን የሚያስተናግድ የዓለም ግዙፍ ተቋም ሆኗል።

✔️ Problem Solving
ከኮድ መጻፍ ይልቅ ውጤታማ እና ዘላቂ መፍትሔዎች ላይ ትኩረት ማድረግ።
✔️ Writing Clean & Maintainable Code
