while taking a routine blood panel is fairly normal I never took a vitamin deficiency test, so looking into Peat ideas I took a test only to discover my level was at 11ng/mL (deficiency starts at 30ng). Taking 10k IU daily with K2 and thiamine suddenly I discover my memory has greatly improved and my brain fog has lifted for the first time in many years... so stupid
