The OSCE Academy in Bishkek is pleased to announce its preparatory Summer School Programme for applicants from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. While meant as a preparatory course for the Master’s programmes offered at the OSCE Academy – in Politics & Security and in Economic Governance & Development – the School is open for applications from ALL interested young graduates in related disciplines. Choosing between two broad fields of academic inquiry, participants are set to benefit from in-depth knowledge about social research skills or to learn about differential calculus, gaining preparation for any future engagement in the mentioned disciplines. In addition, all participants will undergo training in academic writing (in English) thus developing a necessary skill-set to enter into one of the Academy’s programmes or any other international graduate course.

Гос грант для тех кто занимается R&D. The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the Fostering Productive Innovation Project, announces a call for proposals for the grant program "Productive Sector Consortia: Industry-Science Technology Consortium".
A key objective of the grant program is commercialization of innovation solutions, R&D and/or technologies of consortia.
Requirements for applicants:
The applicants must create a consortium between several members. The mandatory requirement for the consortium is participation of minimum two (2) unaffiliated production enterprises and minimum one (1) scientific organization.
Grant amount:
The maximum grant is up to 650 million KZT (for Type A Grant), and up to 250 million KZT (for Type B Grant), with an implementation period of up to 18 months.
Co-financing amount should be at least 50 percent of the grant amount (for Type A Grant), and at least 30 percent of the grant amount (for Type B Grant).
Selection process:
After the application process is completed, selection will proceed in several stages by international experts, and experts on industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan.
Expected results:
Upon completion of the grant program, the consortia that have received funding must provide commercialization for at least 20% of the grant received, implementation and development of an automation/digitalization strategy for the sub-project (i.e. virtual reality, BIM-technology, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence), staff capacity building (training on Industry 4.0 principles).
Application deadline:
Applications are accepted starting from May 25, 2023 and ending on July 10, 2023, 18.00 Astana time*.

Сколько продлится взрывной рост количества ИТ школ?Какова ситуация на мировом рынке?

Ответ: Пока будет мечты у людей, столько же будут существовать и ИТ школы. Есть качественные школы к ним вопросов нет. А есть инфобизнес которые паразитируют на мечтах людей.Мелкие игроки уйдут, остануться крупные.


Как себя вести если ты джун, и только вышел на рынок? Вакансий если мало?

Ответ:
Изучать глубже не только фундамент и теорию сomputer science, но и смежные навыки.
Стажировки обратить внимание
Рынок сжимается (работодатели) в некоторых странах. Образовательный насыщен в некоторых странах
В Казахстане пока норм работодателей количество растет, а предложения пока маловато. И дисбаланс зар плат между ИТ сферой и другими отраслями.
А в Европе зар платы итщников выровнялись - приходят в равновесие
Большая депрессия в ит - впечатление что то что мв сейчас видим это закономерный процесс - перераспределение

Самообразование.
В Googe Codelabe нарисовать себе план.
Затем позаниматься с ментором. Пройти тестовое собеседование
Вернуться и переделать роудмап
Понято то что ты не знаешь. Задачи дают понимание то что ты не понимаешь, это по Сократу.
Ценность преподавателя не в том чтобы передать знания, а в том чтобы дать понять ЧЕГО ты не знаешь.
