1. Первое условие — основатели уже релоцировались. Некоторый плюс — нахождение в Казахстане, так как я сейчас в Алматы, и при обоюдном желании и необходимости можно встречаться лично.
2. Второе — отсутствие желание «начать с локального рынка Грузии/Армении/Казахстана, а потом масштабироваться на мир». Сразу — туда. Куда — это уже вопрос к вам ;-)
3. Третье — приглашаю в группу только тех, с кем интересно было бы пообщаться и поработать вместе.
4. Уникальность идей не требуется, можете даже брать понравившиеся идеи из Fast Founder 😉 Потому что успех стартапа определяется не уникальностью идеи — а своевременностью, размером и темпом роста целевого рынка, а также умением основателей наладить эффективный маркетинг и продажи.
5. Основной способ общения на начальном этапе — Телеграмм-группа, где можно делиться своими идеями, успехами, неудачами, задавать друг другу вопросы и давать советы. Выход на «чужие» рынки — вещь для для большинства новая. Поэтому полезно при этом находиться в компании единомышленников
6. Чтобы попасть в группу, нужно пройти этап онлайн-знакомства. Первое короткое знакомство — в следующий вторник 16 мая в 17 часов по времени Алматы. Никаких презентаций и питчей.
