Ищем себе в команду троих data-аналитиков уровня jun+ и мидл. Т.е. ребят пусть с небольшим но все же опытом в продуктовой data-аналитике.
Аналитики нужны во все три наших крупных продукта: Колеса, Крыша и Автоелон.
Отличительные черты нашей команды:
- Data-driven и культура экспериментов (более 300 экспериментов в год, Классические и продвинутые методики экспериментов, ML в аналитике и экспериментах, ситема питчингов и discovery процессы в разработке продукта)
- Ориентация на пользовательский опыт (есть своя полноценная UXR команда, UX-лаборатория и отлаженные discovery процессы)
- Крутой стек мирового уровня (Python, GCP, Airflow, PowerBI)
- Командность (категорическое нет переработкам, постоянные совместные формальные и неформальные активности. Недавно вот учились жарить стейки)))
- Постоянное развитие команды, технологий и наших продуктов (несколько раз в год ездим на конференции, проходим курсы, громадная внутренняя библиотека, постоянные внутренние воркшопы и обмен знаниями)
Тебе предстоит:
- Анализировать показатели сайтов и приложений для принятия продуктовых решений;
- Визуализировать данные, создавать отчеты и делать выводы;
Контролировать внедрение новых продуктовых событий и метрик;
- Искать инсайты в большом объеме данных для формирования продуктовой стратегии;
- Работать с менеджерами продуктов, дизайнерами и командой разработки;
- Формулировать гипотезы, запускать A/B тесты, causal inference эксперименты и подводить итоги;
- Обеспечивать качество сбора данных активно работать с DWH-инженерами;
- Использовать инструментарий ML для более глубокого понимания и решения бизнес проблем;
- Разрабатывать и изучать новые методики анализа данных в продукте. Мы стараемся следовать за state-of-the-art решениями в анализе данных.
Мы ждем от тебя:
- Опыт работы с SQL;
- Опыт работы с Python (знание R будет плюсом);
- Навыки применения аналитики для решения бизнес проблем.
Будет преимуществом:
- Опыт работы со стеком Google Cloud (наша DWH построена на Google Big Query) или другими облачными хранилищами;
- Знание и опыт работы в BI системах (мы используем Microsoft Power BI);
- Знание и навыки проведение экспериментов. АБ-тесты, Causal Inference методики, бутстрап и прочее;
- Большим плюсом будет релевантный опыт в диджитал-компаниях (продуктовые/бизнес аналитики);
- Опыт работы с ETL и системами оркестрации (предпочтительно Airflow).
