Это то как я понял, но вот оригинал. @devs_kz Many engineers want to switch into AI and Machine Learning. Here's the problem: Everything becomes worse when there's so many people doing it.
Like with any tech stack, there's only so much meaningful AI/ML work to go around. Companies can only grow so fast, especially in this economy.
This means that for a lot of AI/ML gold diggers, they're going to spend all this time breaking into the space only to get saddled with crappy work.
The crappy AI/ML work is well-known: Data munging. Instead of working on the actual craft, you're just cleaning up ugly data sets so ML models can ingest them.
I know several engineers who dropped their current stack to pivot into AI/ML just to get stuck parsing massive .csv files, wasting years of their lives.
Blindly chasing trends is one of the easiest ways to destroy your career - It's never that easy.
