Phase Scope / Requirements:
- Implementing, validating, improving and supporting ETL/ELT on-premises and cloud solutions based on Architect recommendation and performing feasibility, impact analysis and suitable solutions based on the use cases;
- Performing exploratory data analysis on existing products and datasets and implementing fine tuning of database objects and data integration solutions;
- Recommending and implementing ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality; shall evaluate, compare, and improve the different approaches including the design patterns innovation, data lifecycle design, data ontology alignment, annotated datasets, and elastic search approaches;
- Participating and collaborating with cross functional teams in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions that can scale;

Помнится, год назад, когда искал свою первую работу джуном ДС, потратил на это всё лето и часть осени, участвовал в контестах на Яндексе, изучал дополнительно алгоритмы и структуры данных, мат стат, линал, чтобы хоть чем-то выделяться на фоне бесчисленного количества таких же джунов с курсов, везде получал фидбек типа "у вас ноль опыта, мы вас не берём", в итоге повезло в Сбере. Там меня посадили на пару месяцев на унылейший манки джоб, обучать бесконечные xgboost'ы с непонятным финэфектом. У нас в команде были одни дс'ы и ни одного человека, кто мог заделиверить свои наработки в пром, я вызвался быть этим человеком. Освоил Спарк, джаву/скалу, завел связи с людьми из мл-опс платформы, набирался у них опыта, вывел витрины фичей и модель в пром на внутренних фреймворках сбера, в результате, на днях получил два оффера за неделю как мидл-ДЕ с x2 зп
