Thailand will halt all actions it agreed to take under the terms of a U.S.-brokered ceasefire deal with Cambodia, the country's Prime Minister said on Monday (November 10, 2025), just hours after a land mine explosion in the volatile border area injured two Thai soldiers.

Mujammil, a resident of Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir who worked at Al-Falah Medical College and Hospital in Faridabad, was arrested in connection with the case. Officials said he had been living in a rented room in Faridabad’s Dhoj area for the past three and a half years. The second operation, which led to the seizure of 2,563 kg of explosives, was carried out in Fatehpur Taga village, located just four kilometres from Dhoj. This house, too, had been rented by Mujammil, reportedly from a local Maulana who has also been taken into custody.
