Supreme Court tells a man, who earns Rs 325 Per Day To Pay Rs 10,000 a Month to his wife as maintenance.

The man informed the court that he will not be able to afford the monthly cost of Rs 10,000.

In response, the court said, “You keep your wife, then. She will make food for you, for your children".

But the woman has filed complaints against him as well as his parents.

Seeing that the man could neither afford maintenance pay nor was willing to work things out with his wife, the Supreme Court said it would communicate with the company that employed the husband, adding that it would ask why the company is paying so low.
