Three senior ministers in the cabinet of Pakistan-occupied Jammu Kashmir (PoJK) Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq have tendered their resignations, stating the PM is responsible for the ongoing political turmoil and failure to safeguard the rights of the region's people.

Pakistan Army Chief Gen. Asim Munir has warned that even minor provocations by India could trigger a response beyond proportion, emphasizing that India’s size will not shield it from severe military and economic losses.
Munir also cautioned against any notion of war in a nuclearized environment, stressing its catastrophic consequences, and reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to decisive responses to provocations of any scale.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh announced that the BrahMos team has signed contracts worth around ₹4,000 crore with two countries within just one month. He added that in the coming years, foreign experts will increasingly visit Lucknow, with the BrahMos Lucknow unit projected to achieve a turnover of ₹3,000 crore from the next financial year and contribute ₹5,000 crore annually in GST revenues.

From now on, "all of the provisions (of the 2015 deal), including the restrictions on the Iranian nuclear programme and the related mechanisms are considered terminated", Iran's foreign ministry said in a statement on the day of the pact's expiration. "Iran firmly expresses its commitment to diplomacy," it added.
