Objectives
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot the environments of our services on server hardware and software infrastructure (Development – Testing – Staging – Production).
- System Monitoring
II. Description
- Data center operations, consolidations, and relocation; planning, implementing, and testing for disaster recovery; daily operations and data center management, including server and systems migrations
- Technical strategy, architecture, and design incorporating emerging technologies such as virtualization, cloud and utility computing, planning and migration.
- Cooperation and coordination with the data center and development team during development process included product test.
- Infrastructure and operations security, such as network and application firewalls, authentication, identity and privilege management, and intrusion detection and prevention.
- Install and operate software, server in different in different environment (Java, PHP).
- Institute and run daily, weekly backups to ensure data can be recovered, if needed.
- Setup and maintain monitoring tools, SSL, VPN for our systems;
- System Monitoring (24Hr X 7Days). Summarize the report per month regarding following items:
1) System Performance Monitoring Result
2) Inquiry and Troubleshooting Result
3) Remaining Issue
4) System Improvement Proposal
